Outside the European Union, customs or import duties may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. We therefore advise you to check the applicable amounts with your local customs office.

3. LATE OR FAILED DELIVERY

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers. Obvious Parfums cannot be held liable in the event of failure to meet delivery deadlines. For any delivery failure exceeding 7 days, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We have a legal obligation to provide products that conform to the order we have accepted. If your purchase is defective or damaged upon arrival, we advise you to inform us as soon as possible in order to exercise your legal consumer rights. Send us an email at contact@obviousparfums.com attaching photos of your defective product. If we agree with you following an examination of the returned product, we will offer to either replace the product free of charge or refund you, as well as the shipping costs you paid to return it.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without having to justify your decision, in accordance with the terms below.

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders involving the supply of products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.

RETURNS

Following notification of the decision to withdraw, the order must be returned within 14 days. The product you wish to return must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. No product purchased on the website may be returned to a retailer.

The free return service is available for metropolitan France only.

Here are the steps to follow to use the free return service:

  • Step 1: Log in to your customer account and submit your request via your order history. We will send you a return label by email as soon as possible.
  • Step 2: Affix the new shipping label to the package you wish to return and hand it over to the corresponding delivery service. 
  • Step 3: Refund to the same payment method used for the purchase, once the package has been received by us and the product meets the criteria stated below: intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Any item that does not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund. 

Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during the transport of the returned product, and we reserve the right not to issue a refund. We therefore recommend that you carefully protect the product and send it by registered mail, keeping proof of shipment until your refund has been processed.
