Delivery is made by USPS.

Delivery time after shipping:
Mainland: 2 to 5 business days.
Orders cannot be shipped to the following terrirories : Alaska, Hawaii and Virgin Islands of the United States.
3. DELAY OR FAILURE TO DELIVER
If you are experiencing delivery problems or delays of more than 7 days, please contact our customer service team using the contact form.
4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We are legally required to provide products that match the order you placed. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know to take advantage of your consumer rights. Contact us via the contact form with photos of the defective product. After reviewing the returned item, if we confirm the issue, we’ll either replace it at no extra cost or refund both the product and the shipping fees you paid to return it.
5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW, RETURN AND REFUND
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Customer may request the cancellation of their order provided it has not yet been dispatched. If the order has not yet been dispatched, the Seller will cancel it and issue a refund as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, the Customer may no longer request its cancellation but may, where applicable, exercise their right of withdrawal.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to change their mind within 14 days of receiving the order, without having to give a reason, in accordance with the terms set out below.
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders relating to the supply of products which have been unsealed after delivery, and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
Any request for cancellation or withdrawal must be made using this form, available at the bottom of the website and in your customer account.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Orders covered by the right of withdrawal must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The returned product(s) must be intact, unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund. Furthermore, no product purchased on the website may be returned to a retailer, and vice versa.
Returns are free of charge. Once your withdrawal request has been approved, a return label will be sent to you by email.
Upon receipt of the returned product, its condition will be checked to ensure it is returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Provided the return meets these conditions, a refund will be issued as soon as possible, using the same payment method as that used when placing the order.
