Delivery is made by USPS.

Delivery to mainland France

Paris Courier

The courier service is available for all orders placed from Monday to Friday.

For same-day delivery in 3 hours, the order must be placed before 4 pm.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is carried out by Colissimo within 48 to 72 working hours.

Liquides Parfums offers standard delivery for orders over 75 euros for delivery to mainland France and over 200 euros for delivery to Europe.

2. DELIVERY TIME AND PRICES

US teritories only: $7 (free for orders over $95)

Delivery time after shipping:

Mainland: 2 to 5 business days.

Hawaii and Alaska: within 2 weeks.

3. DELAY OR FAILURE TO DELIVER

If you are experiencing delivery problems or delays of more than 7 days, please contact our customer service team using the contact form.

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

We are legally required to provide products that match the order you placed. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know  to take advantage of your consumer rights. Contact us via the contact form with photos of the defective product. After reviewing the returned item, if we confirm the issue, we’ll either replace it at no extra cost or refund both the product and the shipping fees you paid to return it.

5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW, RETURN AND REFUND

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order, as outlined below, without needing to provide any reason.

However, per Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, this right does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCESS

Following communication of the decision to withdraw, the order must be returned within 14 days. The product you wish to return must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that no products purchased on the site may be returned to the store. Here are the steps you need to follow to cancel your order and return the product :

  • Please contact our team by by using our contact form
  • Once your request has been received, it will be submitted to our teams, who will e-mail you your returns slip as soon as possible. Every return will be sent to our warehouse at: Sandi Burrows International Inc. 50 S. Buckhout St. Irvington, NY 10533.
  • Print out the return slip and send your parcel.
  • Once your parcel has been dispatched, you can track the progress of your return through your customer account.

Any refund will be made once the parcel has been received by our teams in good condition.

Please note, we are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping and reserve the right to withhold reimbursement. We recommend protecting the product, sending it via registered mail, and keeping proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
