Plum Cream revisits the Japanese plum, better known as umeboshi plum, which is enjoyed after a long maceration in salt. This Japanese delicacy, for the first time interpreted as a fragrance, expresses itself on the skin with depth and originality. The salted plum accord is a Tanguy Guesnet's creation that uniquely blends sweet, sour and salty notes, evoking the rich aroma of dried plums with a touch of salt. It reveals a fruity fragrance with a hint of umami. What could be more poetic, more transient, than the snow from Mount Fuji, once carefully collected to refresh Japans summer elite? Delicately shaved, it was crowned with sweet syrups, fruit or tea thus was born kakigori!
