Boxing, leather, intense focus. It’s a showdown between oud and leather, circling, dodging, and finally locking into a powerful, physical combat. Cardamom, pink pepper, and saffron fuel the fight, while cedar and vetiver quietly stand by, observing.

FOCUS ON THE OUD ESSENCE FROM THAILAND

Harvested from the Aquilaria tree in the southern provinces of Thailand, oud wood essence is one of the most expensive in the world. When infected by a specific fungus, the tree produces an aromatic resin as a defense mechanism. Once extracted and distilled, this resin transforms into the coveted oud essence.

Due to its rarity and the intricate production process, oud is among the most luxurious materials in perfumery, with prices reaching several thousand euros per liter. Precious and highly sought after for its intense fragrance, its rich resin develops deep woody, animalic, smoky, and balsamic notes. Thai oud oil stands out with its bold woody profile, complemented by subtle animalic nuances, aged leather undertones, and a sweet resinous warmth.

Un Oud + Un Patchouli: The patchouli gives a very nice woody and earthy sent of tobacco to Un Oud. It captures you with the mossy and wet notes it gives to this mix. Un Oud also get liquor-like facets that create an unique personnality to the perfume.
Un Oud + Une Rose: A warm and dense oriental rose. Not as juicy and green as Une Rose alone. Un Oud gives an oriental and sensual character to the rose by providing a fruity layering with amber. The perfume is now a rose with a strong and sensual character.
